Linea is a minimalist commercial complex in Strovolos, Cyprus, designed to host warehouses, retail spaces, and offices. Rooted in simplicity and functionality, Linea’s architecture responds to the site’s natural slopes with 4 distinct horizontal white bands, creating a sense of rhythm and order. These bands separate the functional areas while defining a cohesive, clean aesthetic that integrates seamlessly with the landscape. The project’s restrained color palette and strong architectural lines convey an elegant yet powerful presence, blending purpose with a refined simplicity.
